Yes, at LensCrafters you can use direct billing to claim your vision insurance benefits online and in-store. See which vision insurance providers are eligible for direct billing. Please also check your coverage to make sure you're adding eligible products to your cart.
To claim your insurance online, select 'Apply vision insurance' at checkout. From there, simply follow the steps of uploading your prescription and entering your insurance information. Once approved, your vision benefits will be applied to your order total, so you will only need to pay the remaining balance (if applicable).
To claim your benefits in-store, please bring your insurance information and your prescription with you. Our team will help process your direct billing claim.
If you prefer to process your claim manually, we are here to help. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an electronic receipt from us, which you can send to your insurance provider, along with any other paperwork they require.
Your electronic receipt will show the date your order was placed (don't worry about receiving your order after your coverage has ended, as long as you've ordered within your coverage dates).

Before submitting your claim, check the conditions of coverage and reimbursement. Some items might only be covered if purchased through a provider established in Quebec.
